I had never heard about Twitter lists, actually, I barely use Twitter 🙊 I created these lists to learn what is a Twitter list and see how it works. All the accounts that are in there are friends of mine.
To create a list all you have to do is:
o Go to your account and press "lists". You will be asked give your list a name and an optional description. You can make it private or public.
o Now you will add accounts you want in your list.
o Now you are ready and set. List is done!
